Hillview is delighted to announce a new post-natal exercise class headed up by our very own Lizzie Shakinovsky. This class is ideal for Mums looking to ease themselves back into exercise after giving birth. It is a physiotherapy-led Pilates style class focusing to better your core strength, stability, pelvic floor and shoulder strength.
You are more than welcome to bring your new arrival if they are still pre-crawling.
The classes will never be more than a maximum of 7 people to ensure proper attention to each person attending.
